Egg Drop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Recently in Mr.Jordan's class we had a project that challenged us to make a contraption that could carry a egg. Easy hu?????? Nope like always there's a catch it has to also keep the egg safe as it is dropped from a high distance!!!!!!! So the first thing that came to my mind was a parachute. So I got a trash bag and modified it to fit our contraption. Witch was my next concern i wanted it to be heavy duty but then again i wanted to make it light.
So what I did was make a box type thing with out the top, but we decided to cut the Popsicle sticks in half instead there for making it allot lighter then it would be if it was just regular Popsicle sticks. Then we put a foam at the bottom of it.

After The Trip

The Trip was allot of fun!!!!!!!!!!!! I loved stopping at places to eat, the bus ride was fun too. We went to Galveston to ride on this boat and while we were on the boat i learned about a whole bunch of different types of species! After that we went to the beach were we got to play and relax it was so soothing! The next day we woke up and went to NASA, and saw a whole bunch of cool stuff and got to to do a whole bunch of different stuff. On the last day we were there we went to the Aquarium witch was my personal favorite we learned about many different fish and even got to see a white tiger!!

TRIP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am redy for the ride there and the hotel!!!!!!! i love the school trips because of my friends and all the cute girls you see outside of school. just kidding i have bin to nasa and it is a blast I cant wait to go again

Survalance

what do i think about the survalance i think that they should have it because some people take advanteges of other things. If we did not have this many police officers would be deprived of some vidal evedence.

The holocaust

In my reading class we have bin talking about the holocaust and what as ocured in the terrible time that they put thoughs people through. As we studied this I figured something out, there was over 11,000,000 people killed in the holocaust and 6 million of thoughs people were jews.

This is jack london the author of the call of the wild. He had a hard life as a child and was forced to work at a young age and droped out of school. To get a education Jack read any book he could get his hands on. He loved animals and wrote a novel called the call of the wild. At the age of forty jack took his life.

I am doing a report on the annual Iditrod the picture above shows the raining champ lance Mackey who has won the past three years and hope fully will win for the fourth time!

The Iditrod is a huge race that happens once ever year and is held in the cold Alaskan outback. This race is like no other it is raced on a dog sled. This sport may not be very famous in texas but in alaska it is very famous. ^_^
